So I am back after a week long hiatus and catching up on my 31 day life reset. Today's focus was on my happiness or lack there of with my lifestyle, health, education, work, family, relationships, and my finances. Its funny because I think of all these things at least 1/2 of my day so to put my thoughts on paper really made me focus on them a little more.
I can honestly say that my happiness level with these things are not as good as I would like them to be, I would like to be in a better home with greater finances, educationally I am ok and satisfied with my achievements but I do know that I need to get busy if I want to be in a better place financially and living. My weight is always a concern because I am not satisfied with that. I would love to drop at least 20 lbs and everyday when I cheat on my diet I say I will start over tomorrow! So when is tomorrow really gonna start.. there are some things in the works and I am just getting myself dedicated to make sure they stick. I know I am capable if I only DEDICATE!! the same way I preach to my 11 year old about dedication I need to do the same.
